Last Sunday I checked in with all my readers in a simple way. Just simply asking if everyone was okay? By the time you read this post it will be Sunday January 6th, 2026
A daily prompt will come out as well as a fictional post and a spiritual message.
But this one is for all my mental health girlies who just aren’t okay. I extend my ear and my cozy Internet space to all of you. In the comments if there is anything you need to get off of your chest. Do it. Scream it into the void. I will hold it and cherish it for you.
The point of this is to just “let go”. No one is judging you here and no one will be upset with you. Tell me about your wins, tell me about your losses, tell me about the people you mourn.
This space is your diary on Sundays. After I see any comments, I’ll light a candle for peace and healing. I will send reiki energy healing free of charge for anyone who comments and needs it. I hope you had a wonderful Christmas. If not let this internet space be your place of healing.
Mood Board for this post. Use it as inspiration for what ever you want. Made by me images taken from Pinterest.

Leave your worries, thoughts, PTSD, whatever is weighing you down here in the comments. No one will judge you. This is a space of healing.
