Hey if you’re new here I’m Lexi Tarot reader, psychic medium and reiki master and romance writer. That last one is a little different I know. But, don’t judge me judge your mama okay?

Okay.

This is the time of year of giving, and spending time with our loved ones. What would you say to the fact that it’s also the time of year we can honor our loved ones that have passed away? Or simply show some respect with small acts of kindness for even people who are no longer with us.

Like I said above I’m a psychic medium and over the years I’ve connected lots and lots of people with their passed away loved ones. I’ve also connected them with people who happen to be dead in their homes and they just haven’t noticed the living yet or the living haven’t noticed them yet. Now, to be clear these people don’t have to have died in these places to haunt these places.

I believe and know that dead people happen to be everywhere you go. No, matter where you go. There are dead people sitting right next to you right now as you read this article.

You might be thinking to yourself “Why is she telling me this? I’m freaked out now.”

Don’t be.

Our dead people just want their stories told in a respectful manner, sometimes they want to convey that you are not as alone after their passing as you may feel, sometimes they want to apologize and sometimes they just simply want to talk about themselves. It is often my experience that dead people are usually the same in death as they were in life. So, what can you do to facilitate that? How can you help these ghosts tell their stories. Do you need a psychic medium like me to do this?

Yes and No and here is why.

First of all I believe everyone has a sense of intuition. It doesn’t matter if you use it or not. Well, everyone uses their intuition it’s a matter of you noticing that you do or not. Have you ever met someone and they just instantly give you ick vibes? Ever gone into a building and gotten chills instantly up and down your arms?

Yep. That’s your intuition. Your psychic senses trying to tell you something. Sometimes people are not ready to use that intuition as deeply as I do and that is when services are needed. But- can you listen for your own dead people? Absolutely. I’m going to give you some actionable steps down below you can use to honor your loved ones.

This time of year when we are all setting up our Christmas or Yule trees you can make things extra special to honor those who have passed one.

• Make special ornaments for people who have passed away
• Light a candle and put it in the window for them.
• Tell stories about them
• Set a place at the table for them and do not disturb it.

But, how do you listen for them? I want to hear what they have to say.

Okay, I hear this. I should say first of all talking to your passed away loved ones or just dead people in general is never going to be like in the movies. There will be no whoopie Goldberg like in the movie “Ghost”.

No, not unless you want to hire someone to come to your home and do that. Do your research. Don’t get scammed.

Usually, the best most effective way is to hold a sceance’ or you can ask them to come to you in dreams, in signs, and sometimes they will even speak through people. You might be having a conversation with your child and out of the blue they will rattle off a phrase your passed away mother used to say.

Before you blow it off. I just want to say. If, you asked for your mother to speak to you, that would have been her sign, it takes so much energy for the dead to move something or speak to us sometimes those small moments are them, we just have to notice them.

Life updates:

So, A while back I had promised I would give this section of the blog and give some life updates. I’ve been slacking on that lately so here I am trying my best to do that. Everyone in my house is currently sick. We have three kids so it’s exciting times while I try to launch my writing career, be there for clients and deal with snotty children and homeschool at the same time. Do I always get everything done? Absolutely not. This is also why my blogging and writing have suffered. As I write this I have a small child screaming and climbing on me. I’m hoping we look back on these times and laugh. If, you are a mother you understand exactly what I mean. But, for the rest of this year I’ll be trying to make time for this website and writing my dark romance books. I usually write dark romantic fiction which is my jam. You can read the first twenty eight chapters on my books here

Books I’ve been reading:

I recently just binged “The Fine Print” by Lauren Asher. I’d give it ten out of ten stars this book is a series and it’s the fucking best one. I haven’t read the others but based on reviews I don’t know if I want too or not.
